🔐 Booking Requirements & Guest Policies We love welcoming respectful guests who treat our home like their own. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, we ask all guests to review and follow the guidelines below: 👤 Booking Requirements Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the stay. A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings. Reservations are not confirmed until this is completed. A refundable $500 security deposit is required and will be returned after checkout pending a damage-free stay. A valid photo ID is required and must match the name on the reservation. 🛺 Golf Cart / LSV Rules Your stay includes a 6-seater street-legal golf cart for easy cruising to the beach or local shops! Must be 21+ to drive. Only guests who submit a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance will be authorized to operate the golf cart. LSVs may only be driven on public roads with speed limits of 35 MPH or under — no sidewalks, multi-use paths, or restricted areas. Guests are responsible for charging the cart daily and for arranging any towing services if the cart loses power during off-site use. 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome up to 3 dogs per stay with a flat $250 pet fee per pet. 50lb Max Weight Limit All pets must be disclosed before check-in. Unapproved or undeclared pets will be automatically charged the standard pet fee. Pets must be crated if left unattended in the home to prevent damage. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage. 💦 Pool Heating Info Our private pool is available year-round — and during cooler months (September through May), you can opt to have it heated to 85°F for a flat fee of $250 per stay. May take up to half a day to fully heat, depending on weather. Pool heating must be requested and paid prior to activation. Heating fee is non-refundable once turned on. Please note: No diving, no glass near the pool, and children must be supervised at all times.
