We had a great time the place is very nice and it was spotless clean, Justin was very attentive and always responded timely. My kids loved the heated pool and going out in the golf cart.

House is absolutely beautiful! The beds are comfortable, we had everything we needed. Although we did not get to enjoy the beach as much as we wanted it was nice to have it within just a 3-4 min walk. Justin was great, very easy to touch base with as well very proactive with checking in. We will definitely book again. đź’™

Beautiful home! My family came back with our 4 children and 4 toy poodles for a second time. We enjoyed our stay just as much as the first time. The property felt like home! We will be back soon ! Of course, Host Justin was accommodating and responsive as usual.

The home is absolutely stunning! Everything was clean, organized and beautiful. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the ambiance of the home is so relaxing, you feel like you're at your own private retreat. Justin was an amazing host, responsive, gave clear and easy instructions, checked in to make sure our stay was going great and was quick to handle anything that arose. There is a new build going on next door but after the first day we barely heard the construction. The neighborhood is quiet and shops, grocery stores and restaurants are easily accessible within a few minutes. We absolutely cannot wait to visit again soon!!

This place is awesome. It’s super nice, very clean, spacious, and very accommodating. My family and I absolutely loved it. This is the type of space that’ll have you booking over and over. The kitchen omg out of this world. Every bedroom was breathtaking and the pool area had everything for the kids. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the PCB area. We are already planning another stay for next year, it was that spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Panama City Beach! The property truly has everything you could possibly need — honestly, all you need to bring is your clothes. The home is fully stocked with all cooking essentials, making it so easy to prepare meals just like at home.
The private heated pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids. There were plenty of toys and beach gear provided, which made our trip stress-free and fun for the whole family. The golf cart was another fantastic bonus — the beach is less than 5 minutes away, and getting there was quick and convenient.
Everything felt brand new, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great every night.
The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, quickly answering any questions and making sure everything went smoothly.
Overall, this place made our vacation relaxing and effortless. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional property. Highly recommend for family getaway or even a baseball tournament like my family. Justin was a wonderful host who checked on me and my family daily to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The property was even better than the pictures. Very elegant and spacious. My family truly enjoyed the property and we will be staying again.

Justin’s place was absolutely stunning. Everything was top of the line. Big, spacious, elegant, beautifully constructed and well thought out. We had a wonderful family vacation there. The backyard and pool area was magnificent. An outdoor kitchen for cooking, beautiful patio furniture and spectacular pool. Justin was always accessible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! This house has everything you need. It is perfectly set up for multiple families. The beds were comfortable, even the trundle beds! We also loved that each room had its own bathroom. We seriously cannot say enough good things about Shilo Reef!
We are hoping to stay here again when we visit this summer!
